Meet Sarah MacDonald

Sarah’s background stems from a diploma in Travel Merchandising and Ecotourism. After many years of serving the hospitality industry and extensive customer service training, Sarah joined the hearing health industry over 15 years ago. This opened a whole new insight to helping people enjoy life. She completed the Distance Learning for Professionals in Hearing Health Sciences through the International Hearing Society and continued her studies to become a Licensed Hearing Instrument Practitioner.
She is a member of the International Hearing Society, Canadian Hearing Instrument Practitioners Society and is the current Treasurer of the Hearing Aid Society of Nova Scotia.
